As a smoker, you hold on to triggers in your subconscious mind.  When you have a cup of coffee, a drink, or after a meal, you have a cigarette.  If you feel stressed, a cigarette will relax you. You have associated pleasurable experiences with smoking You consciously know this is not the case and that smoking is harmful.  Hypnosis allows us to tap into the subconscious mind and change the response to the triggers. Allowing a new thought processes into your subconscious mind, you don’t smoke anymore, because your subconscious mind will be in unison with your conscious mind. You will replace smoking with healthy alternatives, deep breathing,not overeating. 

The Program to Freedom

  1.   I will accept clients only if I am convinced that you are truly motivated to quit.
  2. Before a scheduled hypnosis session you will have completed a series of behavioral changes we will discuss prior to your first visit.
  3. You will be scheduled for three consecutive sessions within one week.( time needed for nicotine withdrawal.
  4. Your motivation, belief and expectation are the key to your success
  5. Each session is approximately 60 minutes.
  6. The program consists of 3 sessions
  7. Audio reinforcement download included and strongly advised for best results.
