Your sense of smell helps you to determine when you are full. During hypnosis you will breath a combination of pure essential oils of grapefruit, patchuli, fennel and peppermint. These particular scents are considered appetite suppressants. You will leave your session with an inhaler which you will use before you eat. You will notice after just a few times you are naturally eating only when hungry and stopping when full.
